History has shown time and time again that when resilience is not assessed or measured properly, it will someday end in a business tragedy. Measuring sustainability parameters and resilience is an art and science both, it is not just about spending on all that’s green, ethical supplier relationship, carbon neutrality, disaster planning, high availability, redundancy etc., it’s much more than that. It’s like human cells, quantum computing, where we break down whole value chain to a component business model and check how each component come together to become sustainable and resilient. We check origin, dependencies, controllable and some uncontrollable parameters and how they behave under different stress, load, uncertainty & regression etc.
